[Enigmail]Using signature verify to filter spam

If only this desperately needed feature was implemented 20 years ago. Email would still be a usable form of communication.

Better still have the email address for the enigmail mailing list, actually use PGP. No account registration or other administrative overhead. All emails would be signed and thus inherently verifiable as human.
