Take a look at the enlightenment project page (www.enlightenment.org, IIRC). It is clearly stated there that E will never be ported to run on Win32 (at least by raster). I've never heard of anyone making it work under Win32. Besides, you would need to have an Xserver installed on your Win* box and by the time you went to all that trouble, why not just set up another partition on your hard drive and dual boot into linux or some other free OS that it runs natively on.
