Eterm does not need a particular version of Enlightenment as far as I know.

Assuming you are using a recent Redhat release, try using freshrpms.net:

http://freshrpms.net

Their apt-get tool works very nicely in Redhat, and can install Eterm with all
its RPM dependencies.
