raster seems to think it would be quite a bit of work to move E 0.16.x
to Imlib2.  And having made the transition for Eterm, I'm not at all
skeptical of his assessment.  But someone must be willing to do it.
And trying to create an abstraction layer, at least for Eterm, proved
very very difficult.  So it's going to end up being a complete port in
all likelihood.

Any volunteers?  You can use Eterm 0.9 pixmap.c vs. 0.9.1 pixmap.c as
a roadmap if you'd like. :-)

If memory serves, Fnlib fonts were specified much like TrueType fonts,
so grepping for them may prove challenging.  But AFAIK, none were
actually used for any real theme data, although samples were provided.

Maybe if people try removing the Fnlib code and see if any themes
break?
