I tried using /usr/local/enlightenment, but that wouldn't work without
--with-fsstd either...

1) ./configure
/usr/local/bin, complains that dox is not in /usr/local/enlightenment/bin

2) ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/enlightenment
/usr/local/enlightenment/enlightenment/bin

3) ./configure --with-fsstd --prefix=/usr/local/enlightenment
/usr/local/enlightenment/bin

4) ./configure --with-fsstd --prefix=/usr/local
/usr/local/bin looks for dox in the right folder.

my conclusion; Everyone wants to use --with-fsstd.
