Quoting my CVS committal just before:

Log Message:

(Kim)

Fix making slightly offscreen (x/y < 0) windows sticky.
This one caused (aot.) pagers and iconboxes to get lost when changing theme.
----------------
I hope that fixes it, please do try it out.

Also, has any resolution been reached for the problem as Eterm raising
itself to the top layer whenever an mplayer movie is started from it? After the movie has stopped the Eterm remains permanently raised. I
remember this was mentioned a long time back but can anything be done
about it or is it an mplayer only issue?

And quoting myself again (sorry folks):
---------------- (07/11/03 00:29)
I cannot reproduce that mplayer does things to other windows.

To fix the menu stacking problem, see "gmplayer -fstype help".
I suggest using -fstype none.

Mplayer does stupid things to try to stack its windows. I suggest to report further problems to the mplayer people.
----------------
Furthermore, if compiling without --enable-hints-gnome (or using the pre6 RH9 binary RPM from SF), I think the problem will not be there.

/Kim
