My favorite theme for a long time has been "Hand of God 2" (http://themes.freshmeat.net/projects/handofgod2/?topic_id=60). I imagine that a few years ago, more themes weren't included because it simply made the download that much bigger. But with the prevelance of high-speed internet nowadays, I don't think there's much harm in including more themes. Just checked the size of E's tar.gz and it's ~11mb !! Ouch ! WindowMaker is ~2.5mb. I think other "popular" WMs like Metacity or Fluxbox are ~2mb and 0.5mb respectively. One more, xfce, is up there in size similar to E. I never realized how "big" E was compared to others. Maybe including more themes isn't a great idea, but how 'bout an integrated method of downloading more. Many apps do this nowadays.
