Just checked this now that I'm at home... Under "Focus Settings",
un-check "Raise windows on focus switch". That's confusing when the term
"focus switch" is used, IMO. Then again, in the X world, maybe what us
Windows users are used to, ALT-TAB, is called "focus switch". ???
