It could be lovely, agreed. Maybe not so much in October (if we wanted to 
combine with LF Open Source Summit EU).

I got some more feedback on two other location proposals.
London: Tom's time is very limited but he offered to look for a venue if we are 
interested
Jackson: Its not east or west coast, but a lovely place, according to Okra. 
Flights would be more expensive for EU people but accommodation
should be cheaper than London or Edinburgh. That is IF we want to try out USA a 
second time.

The lovely ski lodge conference location we always talk about have not been 
found either. :D

Personally Edinburgh looks like the easiest option for me. An actual location 
is already offered (we would need to find suitable dates
only). I will be putting up a vote in any case and we see what folks think.
