Hi, I am looking to attempt a stable release on 31 October 2019 so that we can pull in any fixes which have been made to catch issues. At that time, I will personally handle backporting for any patches which are not already backported.
I realize that this is short notice, but this is the last point at which I will be available to execute stable releases for a few weeks.
