eet, evas and ecore can be run on Windows. On my hd, embryo and edje are 
also working on Windows. I don't know if they work well or not on win ce.

about win ce, a 16 bits engine must be written. I've almost finished 
it today.

the efl above are compiling with MSYS/MinGW. I don't know if mingw works 
on Win CE. Ask that on the MinGW ML.

centipede tried too and had some success with win ce, afaik. Maybe he'll
