Yes, there is a mingwce project... The cegcc people have ~2 toolchains for wince development... something close to a posix compatibility layer, and the mingwce library they have...
aparently the posix compat. layer lacks some important functions, (I checked out from svn now, and will double check with latest versions), and the mingwce version makes ./configure a mess for everything... plus I have very little experience with win32/mingw32 Centipede, How where you working for wince ?
