Some of this, or similar, could be used in certain ways by
apps, but I think that ultimately this kind of thing would be best
served by having "theme-builders" kind of apps. Maybe an extension
of edje-editor, or evolve, or whatever.
Likely best if it were module based so that one could write
modules for building edje-based themes for various kinds of things:
e17 & modules, ewl or etk generic themes, app specific themes, etc.
