Yes, I realize this, most of the links in the submenus will just point to the wiki/tracker/etc. But people found it hard to even find these things on the current site. So it would be nice to point them to where they need to look instead of them having to decode links that don't necessarily match anything they are looking for. So the changes to navigation are nothing stellar, just reorganizing the menu and making the submenu a little more visible so people immediately see things to click on.
