Hallo, this is to ask about the top bar I find when testing the illume
wizard configuration on my Mac. There's no problem for me while using it
because to get out of the configuration I can use my OpenGEu default
configurations scripts.. so do not worry, I know it should be used on
embedded systems only, I just wanted to test it :)

Now, the question is.. the top bar is not a shelf, it's not part of the
theme, nor a module... what's it? A separate Edje program? If that's the
case, it is really interesting in any case. I like more than anything else
the fact that when I click on it, the bar expands showing hidden options! No
other DE has something like it, and I really find it incredible and useful.
It could open up an entire new world of possibilities when customizing our
desktop if only it was a customizable bar, able of loading modules and so
on. The best thing would be that of implementing this capability in shelves.

So, the question is, is it customizable without having to edit the code
myself? Can I obtain a similar or the same result with a shelf?
Thanks a lot,

Luca D.M.
