   It's up to each 'filter' to define its buffer size as suits
its state. Any pipe-lining or other complex setups are up to
users. The point is to implement useful filters/effects via
a user-level mechanism with software routines, not provide
an abstract interface that would be implemented internal to evas.
   If you want to have something built-in to evas, and you and
raster have expressed that desire before, then dive in... :)
