Hi all, I am experiencing a bug somewhere. I'm not sure this is in the e17 area...
I have some difficulties to focus on another window ot a button. I explain, in a desk, I open an xterm, then I still can left click on the Desktop under, and I open a second xterm. I can alt+ tab between both. But if I try to focus with the mouse pointer, I see the prompt of the first one blinking but not selecting the clicked window... and then, no more click possible on the Desk. It happens inside a window too... example : firefox If I am clicking inside a tab, i can't directly click on another tab... I have to ctrl + tab or to switch to another desktop and come back, and it's ok... I found an other way to select the area, it's by clicking with the scroll button (middle click) on the mouse, it focus on the area, I can do what I want. It's really enoying, imagine to save a file as... right click on the link (popup opens) middle click on the address box middle click on a directory selecting the google directory with left click middle click on the Save button to select the button left click on save... Is it something which can be trace ? Do you have any clue on this ? mybe a side effect from my config ? (in focus setting I have : - smooth focusing -all new windows are focused and yes to the 6 last box I tried something else without success. I was having that on my old computer, giving the fault to the old build... but this one is freshly installed (e17 svn 42046) on a fresh and up to date debian sid.
