I have recently fixed compilation with Windows CE, but not tested it, 
unfortunately. I think that the gdi engine should work, though.

I think that there could be some problems with Windows Mobile devices, as 
Microsoft ask for signed applications (or something like that). There is a 
discussion about that in the cegcc mailing list.

About symbian, a guy was working on it. I don't know the current status.
