I add also the removal of

  * eina_error
  * Evas_Data.h and evas/src/lib/data

There are also other deprecated stuff, but i don't really know if they 
should be removed or not :

  * eet data descriptors (if so, maybe jumping eet version to 1.3.0 ?)
  * evas_smart_new
  * some functions in elementary.
