I'm afraid it's not just that. Cocoa Touch has an incredible API, I don't see anything FOSS coming close to the combination of e.g. UINavigation(Controller), UITableView(Controller) and UITabBar(Controller). EFL could do it, but we need to provide many more concrete classes, especially with regards to backend and data models.
