libxine is also GPL. so it actually depends at runtime which modules are
installed and used as to if emotion is GPL or BSD. this is actually intended
this way so the flexibility of license is a "late stage decision" by whoever
ships a complete system including emotion.

as such i think we should move emotion itself to LGPL anyway - it's bsd now.
anyone disagree (this means for GPL modules like clv and xine emotion itself is
always compliant and compliance is then pushed off onto the apps that ship as
part of a complete system that may only have gstreamer or may have xine or vlc
or all 3).
