I know, but I don't think this was the problem he mentioned. Tbh, I
trust GTK/Qt to set their atoms right. Bottom line: If we are going to
add this code, we should do it from the right reasons. We shouldn't
behave in a wacky manner just to have fallbacks for wacky apps. If this
is ever to be added, it should be there cause we want fallbacks when
real errors occur.
