Well, there's standard English (en_UK - yeah, I'm trolling here, though 
for real...) and there are different dialects, like en_US and en_AU.

I.e people write things differently, or have different words for things, 
but still it's the same language structure.

It sounds odd that Arabic speaking people have two languages, and I 
really doubt it's the case. If that's really the case, than what's the 
point in still sustaining the dialect?

If you are sure, then you are sure, I'm not going to argue with that, 
but from what I know, there are different dialects, and it makes zero 
sense not to have translations per dialect.
