to make it possible the compositor would have to expose movement information to
edje, which it does not. in addition edje would need the ability to create a
custom mesh of quads that map to the original swallowed image object (that
represents the window), which is not actually possible in edje currently. if
these thins happened edje would have the information it needed (movement and
distance of movement, that it can then take to modify a mesh that it
enables/disabled). the first is easy. the mesh bit is much harder/more work.

thus... no plans to do it. :) need to release elementary and e17 and thats the
focus. :)
