Um, it went backwards in release number?  Again?

According to the changelog, there was a 1.5.0 release in 2008, followed
by 1.20 in 2009.

Soooo, @since 1.1.0 is what I put on the docs for my new eet macro?
Should other @since's be updated to reflect this backwards step?

/me updates to see if this has all been fixed yet.
