FWIW: we (SHR) have couple of e-wm/elementary themes http://git.shr-project.org/git/?p=shr-themes.git;a=tree;f=e-wm;h=26cb71cb0ed660f344441a729c8a016d908061ad;hb=HEAD http://git.shr-project.org/git/?p=shr-themes.git;a=tree;f=elementary;h=fe1c2ae8f7f0cc57d0e1a3873bc4bc28337f38df;hb=HEAD and at least "gry" (our default) should be quite complete and working (we're at efl-1.2.1 now) So maybe you find some of them interesting :).
