the ones in SVN all build fine with whichever method they use, you can try
fixing/updating missing parts there if you want

not worth the time; most are probably not even using the current edje
format, and I guarantee they're all missing a huge number of parts anyway.

I've never seen anyone without commit access claim to have written a
complete theme in all the time I've been working on EFL,  so this is a
hypothetical point I suppose. if someone did create a theme on their own, I
would assume a mail would be sent to this list to inform us and request its
inclusion
