ok... got it... wqhen efreet starts up... there is no
~/.local/share/applications dir/... hell no ~/.local at all.. so it doesnt
monitor for CREATION of ~/.local and ~/.local/share and
~/.local/share/applications first... and thus it never sees the whole dir tree
being created and doesn't see the added files. :)
