Stupid me! I deactivated OpenGL in E itself and not in elementary_config. :-P Now after changing this to SW rendering it works as before. It seems I activated it without remembering... How could I help to debug the problem? BTW: I'm able to continue my work as speed of sw renderer is good enough for me.
