It's up to the objectors to supply the comments that was requested, in a timely fashion, otherwise the proposer wont know there's any objections. Quibbling over the exact title now instead of making comments at the time is just silly. Here in EFL we have other traditions to, one is to rewrite stuff. I've had stuff rewritten out from under me when it was still being developed, I don't like the replacement, but seems most others do. I just shut up about it, except for rare snide comments like this one. :-P So if you really don't like it, write a replacement, or shut up. I'm still on the fence about eo, coz I've not had to deal with it much yet.
