After doing some more archaeology in fontconfig's mailing list, there
was also another thread [1] about the same issue besides the one vtorri
started.

Behdad's position at the time was that

  > FcFini() may only be called by applications, not libraries.

So I'm wondering again if it does make sense to try to change
fontconfig's behavior instead of making evas stop calling FcFini().
