Yeah, I know how to implement it, I was just telling cippp on IRC. I was 
just saying, that clicking on an empty space (i.e the desktop, or 
windows below, or icons on the desktop) and getting a move, might feel a 
bit odd (of course mouse pointer will change), and I think we might need 
a nice theme to put in the space between the windows to indicate it.
