I was able to fix some of the problem. It was some usual suspect that our buildbot catch easily, like missing EXTRA_DIST and stuff like that. Still there is a need for someone to add --with-eolian-cxx on the command line of the bot on windows. Also I noticed that make distcheck seems to be broken for Eolian_Cxx when it does actually work with make check. Something is wrong, couldn't figure it out yet.
