that'd be nigh on perfect. rating/up/downvoting etc.

but then all this lives away from the docs for efl. i really dont think it'd be
good to go host them all on some other 3rd party service/site that may go away
some day when its no longer profitable or they change their systems etc. we
need something we can store and control.
