Was actually just going to send the ports team (OpenBSD) an e-mail re EFL as I don't have the motivation to do that also. Performance-wise OpenBSD isn't the boss. However, I've been experimenting with DragonFlyBSD/FreeBSD and friends and even Linux and to be brutally honest building EFL on OpenBSD is now the easiest of all platforms. There's some info on that page for FreeBSD and Dragonfly too which should save some time... Thanks for your interest!
