I would not take that to easy. Getting event space for a low price is often not as easy as people think without having good connections to companies which might be willing to sponsor a meeting room (like OpenWide did last year). For example in Dublin we finally had to book a hotel conference room something like 7 days before the event because nothing else panned out.
