I propose that we split the list in 2 - the remaining todo items *required* to create a stable replacement api - and another for the list of things we would like to add once that has happened. As a somewhat outside observer we are (as is our way) seeing a chance to change everything and that's getting in the way of delivering incrementally on what we want to achieve. Are there any objections to me opening an EFL interfaces "part 2" ticket and retitling the current one as Te required tasks before finalising?
