I have used so far the priority feature of phab to try to implement that. You can see it at a glance by looking at icon in front of the task, red is mostly what needs to be absolutely done. Seems it isn't very visible or usable. Anyway, you, and anyone else, is welcome to discuss the prioritization of all this task.
