you did not mention if you tried to use window remember settings. for
this, you have to alt+rightclick on the window and choose "remember..."
from the popup menu.

you could search the web for an app that do this, but I don't remember
its exact name (something like e16keybindings or so), or you can copy
the default file keybindings.cfg in your e dir (mine is in
/usr/X11R6/share/enlightenment/config/) to your $HOME/.enlightenment dir
and edit it to suit your needs.
