You could add a set of lines in the ~/.enlightenment/...e_session-XXXXXX.snapshots.0 
file, similar to the ones you added for xscreensaver, to run the script.  I run 
several things this way. Just put the name of your script on the CMD: line.

for example I run Gkrellm with: 

NEW: gkrellm.Gkrellm
NAME: gkrellm
CLASS: Gkrellm
RES: 1024 768
XY: 952 53 0 0
STICKY: 1
BORDER: BORDERLESS
CMD: gkrellm
