Much better now, thanks!
I built epplets from CVS, after installing glut-devel.
The epplet drawing problem is no longer present!
Epplets no longer show up in the window list when using ALT-TAB!

Good! Never ever do the Imlib symlink thing.

epplet.h:31:21: GL/glut.h: No such file or directory
make[2]: *** [epplet.lo] Error 1
GL/glut.h is in package glut-devel.
