Assuming that 3ddesktop is an application that requires the old GNOME hints, you will have to configure with --enable-hints-gnome and (re)compile/install.- 3ddesktop does not find the $WIN_WORKSPACE and $WIN_WORKSPACE_COUNT anymore.
I just installed 'presence-DR16'. No problems.- the handsome theme 'presence-DR16' does not display menu and windows title anymore.
Maybe some info about system/distribution/how E was installed will ring a bell somewhere.
