Are you using any epplets? Why I ask is that the original release of the epplets lib had a version of E-CPU that IIRC had a memory leak, among other probs. Either way, if you aren't using the epplets stuff, that blows my theory. If you are, you might try pulling from CVS and see if that makes your E behave beter.
