Thanks for the info. I guess that would explain why changing the
last two threes to ones removed the top and bottom clipping
effect I was seeing in my menu graphics. I'm looking over "The Imlib
Programmers Guide" now, but you obviously know more about Imlib and
enlightenment internals than me for you to be able to make the
connection between what the guide says and the four numbers in the
menustyles.cfg. :-)

By the way, the latest CVS version of enlightenment that I compiled
(from eesh) 
Enlightenment Version : 0.16.7
code is current to    : $Date: 2004/01/25 09:02:32 $

Fixes the problem I had with certain apps having invisible icons in an
iconbox with a transparent background when "Use application icon" was
chosen in Iconbox settings.  Thanks!
