We're (Me, Michel Briand) trying to write some scripts that will extract
the cvs modules everyday from cvs and build rpms out of them. Then these
rpms will be sent automatically to an apt repository will be hosted by
Brandon Bowman and Francois Chenais.

So people with rpm-based distro will be able to install e17 and e17 apps
simply by executing an "apt-get install ..." command.

Status: We have done lots of things already but we're a bit busy here and
there with our own full-time stuff so that is why it is taking some
time. But something like that will be coming up soon so that users
can also benefit from the latest libs and apps without going into the
hassle of compilations and dependencies issues. :-p

Sounds cool huh?

thats sound great....! Thats its wonderfull thank a Lot, I hope you find the time to finish that script project

With kind regards,

Didier.
