Okay. I have new versions of pcre installed:
> rpm -q pcre pcre-devel
pcre-4.5-3
pcre-devel-4.5-3
I still get the same error:
grep: /lib/libpcre.la: No such file or directory
sed: can't read /lib/libpcre.la: No such file or directory
libtool: link: `/lib/libpcre.la' is not a valid libtool archive
There's no /lib/libpcre.la file on my machine. What is it, and where
should it be coming from? Anyone?
