1. No way, I love FreeBSD
2. I didn't, thats why I wrote
3. Have to finish my book about C first

:-D

I know I don't need it but I'm always curious in new programs and I like the look and feels of other "E" apps!

Hi there!

Trying to compile Elation from CVS on my FreeBSD box but it ends with this error:

[snip]
elation_dvd.c:9:25: linux/cdrom.h: No such file or directory
gmake[3]: *** [elation_dvd.lo] Error 1
gmake[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/devel/enlightenment/e17/apps/elation/src/modules'
gmake[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
gmake[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/devel/enlightenment/e17/apps/elation/src'
gmake[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/devel/enlightenment/e17/apps/elation'
gmake: *** [all] Error 2
[snap]

choices :)
1. use linux
2. dont build elation under freebsd.
3. patch elation to work under freebsd

note - you dont need elation. i use that for my own personal dvd player "pc"
instead of mythtv. just because it's in cvs does NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO BUILD
IT!!!!

:)
