ok.

but still, can a property be checked against the "fake" root windows e 
uses? smthing like WM_E_FAKE_ROOT ????? i dont need a general purpose 
solution, just one which works with e ;)

b.t.w. is there a more graceful way to close a windows remotely, other 
than XKillClient (which is not so graceful....)???
