we do already - partly. it's not complete. neither is ICCCM support complete
yet.

the thnig is. it ISNT A VIRTUAL ROOT. it's like a wm displaying a taskbar
window or anything else. its NOT what the virtual root properties were meant
for. it's not a virtual root by definition of it in the window manager sense.
