Well my weather module works the first time enlightenment is loaded. When it tries to update I get the same thing (a ?). Try restarting enlightenment and see if it loads. If so, then something is wrong with the update...
The weather module works, even after restarting enlightenment. Just to be sure, I restarted e and the module showed "N/A ?" for a few minutes, until the scheduled update was run automatically. Now it correctly says that the sky is mostly clear and temperature is 6 degrees outside.
